Asparagus & Roasted Tomato Compote

Roasted asparagus topped with fresh roasted tomatoes pureed with thyme, fennel, onion, olive oil, salt & pepper.

Heating Instructions:
  • Microwave:  Remove lid and cover with paper towel.  Cook on high 2 minutes (small), 3 minutes ( medium) or 5 minutes (large) or until warm, stirring halfway through heating time.
  • Oven:  Remove lid and cover with foil.  Bake at 350 degrees for 8 to 10 minutes or until warm.
