House Salad with Balsamic Vinaigrette

One of our most popular dishes, our House Salad stands alone as a well-rounded meal in and of itself, or as a wonderful addition to any of our other entree choices. Fresh romaine hearts are coupled with tender spring greens, including radicchio, arugula,
curly endive, and more. The greens are smothered with our signature blend of toppings: freshly toasted walnuts, dried cherries and cranberries, and crumbled bleu cheese.

The recipe for the dressing we provide has been sought since our opening. We can’t share the true nature of its goodness, but we’ll let you try it. The rich balsamic vinaigrette is beautifully emulsified and creamy.
