Ratatouille
A fresh blend of red bell pepper, zucchini, yellow squash, eggplant, and tomato cooked with garlic and herbs
Heating Instructions
- Oven: Remove lid and cover with foil. Heat at 350 degrees for 5-10 minutes (small), 10-15 (medium), 15-20 (large)
- Microwave: Remove lid and cover with paper towel. Heat on high 2-3 minutes.
- Ingredients: Garlic, herbs d’provence, olive oil, eggplant, zucchini, yellow squash, red bell peppers, diced tomatoes
