Roasted Butternut Squash
Butternut squash is brushed with olive oil, seasonings and a touch of sugar, then roasted on high heat for best flavor and tenderness. Some charring occurs during the roasting process.
Heating Instructions:
- Oven directions (preferred method): Remove lid and cover with foil. Heat at 350° for 20-30 minutes.
- Microwave directions: Remove lid and cover with paper towel. Heat for 3-4 min. (Small), 4-5 min. (Med.), 5-7 (Large). Stir potatoes and rearrange ham halfway through cooking time to insure even heating.
- Ingredients: Butternut Squash, olive oil, salt, pepper, sugar.
