Honey Lime Turkey with Cornbread Stuffing

Turkey breast glazed with honey, lime juice and seasonings, then oven roasted.  Served with delicious cornbread stuffing!

  • Oven directions (preferred method):  Remove lid and cover with foil.  Bake in pre-heated 350° oven for 20-30 min. or until thoroughly heated.
  • Microwave directions:  Remove lid and cover with paper towel. Heat for  2-3 min. (small), 4-5 min. (medium), 6-7 min. (large).   Stir stuffing and rearrange turkey halfway through cooking time to ensure even heating.
  • Ingredients:  Turkey, honey, lime juice, garlic, cilantro, cumin, chili powder, lemon juice, orange juice, cornbread, thyme, carrots, celery, parsley, salt and pepper.
