Corn tortillas are filled with a green chili, green onion, spinach, corn, red bell pepper, whipping cream, Monterey Jack/Cheddar blend and Parmesan cheese mixture and topped with red enchilada sauce and cilantro.

Heating Instructions

  • Oven heating preferred: Remove plastic lid and cover with foil. Place pan in preheated 350 °F. oven. Bake 25-35 minutes or until hot and sauce is bubbling. Let stand 10 minutes after heating to make serving easier.
  • Microwave Directions: Remove plastic lid. Cover with paper towel. Microwave on High 3-4 min. (small), 4-5 min. (medium) and 5-7 min. (large.)
  • Ingredients: Monterey jack & cheddar cheese blend, Parmesan cheese, mild enchilada sauce, tomato puree, whipping cream, chopped green chilies, corn tortillas, chopped cilantro and pepper.
