Eggplant Parmesan
Fresh eggplant sliced, lightly breaded and baked. Topped with fresh made marinara sauce and mozzarella cheese. A great vegetarian entree!
Heating Directions:
- Oven directions (preferred method): Remove lid and cover with foil. Bake in preheated 350° oven for 20-30 min. or until cheese is melted. If desired, remove foil during last 5 min. of baking to brown cheese slightly.
- Microwave directions: Remove lid and cover with paper towel. Heat for 3-4 min. (small), 5-6 min. (medium), 7-8 min. (large).
- Ingredients: Eggplant slices. Sauce: Tomato puree, diced tomato, white wine, olive oil, onion, garlic, basil, oregano, salt, pepper, sugar. Mozzarella cheese, parmesan cheese.
