Handmade gnocchi topped with a vodka tomato sauce made with vodka, crushed tomatoes, chili flakes, whipped cream and parmesan cheese.

Heating Directions:

  • Oven directions (recommended):  Remove lid.  Place pan on cookie sheet before baking.  Bake at 350° for 25 minutes (small), 35 minutes (medium) or 50 minutes (large).
  • Ingredients:  Tomatoes, crushed sauce, potatoes, vodka, salt, pepper, whipping cream, parmesan cheese, chili flakes, garlic.
