Vegetable Couscous with Almonds & Rasins
Couscous flavored with a blend of Moroccan spices, served with sauteed zucchini, yellow squash red bell peppers and onions, topped with raisins and almonds. Served with Harissa, a Moroccan condiment.
Heating Instructions
- Oven directions: Remove lid (and sauce cup) add a few tablespoons of water and cover with foil. Heat at 350 20 minutes stirring occasionally.
- Microwave directions: Remove lid (and sauce cup) and cover with paper towel. Heat two minutes on high.
- Ingredients: Couscous, zucchini, yellow squash, red bell peppers, red onions, raisins, almonds, cumin, cinnamon, caraway seeds, paprika, cayenne pepper and coriander.
- Harissa Sauce: Above spices with Tomato Puree, Red Wine Vinegar, and Extra-Virgin Olive Oil
